1. General Provisions.
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the „Terms”) are a binding legal document that sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions for purchasing and paying for the goods, the delivery and return procedures, online store „KParts” related provisions.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their acceptance of these Terms.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer has formed a shopping cart in the online store, indicated the delivery address, has chosen the payment method and has read the Terms and Conditions, and presses the „Buy” button.

2. Protection of personal data.
2.1. When ordering goods in „KParts” online shop, the buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase: name, surname, address and e-mail address.
2.2. the buyer is responsible for providing correct information at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that personal data provided by him / her will be processed for the purpose of executing the order. The Buyer also agrees that at the e-mail address specified by the Buyer The information necessary to complete the order will be sent to the e-mail address.
2.4 Buyer personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer expressly consents thereto.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State authority in cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the Buyer’s separate written consent.

3. Buyer Rights and Obligations.
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
3.2 Provide complete and correct information on the settlement form. If Buyer submits inaccurate, false or misleading information in the settlement form, „KParts” has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data.
3.2. Upon the change of the Buyer data provided in the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.3. The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Return Policy.
3.4. By placing an order in „KParts” online shop, the Buyer agrees to these Terms of Sale and undertakes to comply with them and the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations.
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the „KParts” online store.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to impair the stability and security of the online store or violates its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to immediately, without notice, restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy right to the Buyer’s proprietary information specified in the purchase form and not to transfer it to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller may, in important circumstances, temporarily or permanently discontinue operation of the Online Store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Terms.
4.7 If the Buyer uses the services provided by „KParts” following any change to these Terms, then the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the change to the Terms.

5. Ordering of goods, prices, payment order, terms.
5.1. In the online shop Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through „KParts” online store.
5.4. All prices in the online shop are in euros, including VAT, and in other currencies, including VAT.
5.5. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. Preparation of the parcel shall start only after payment for the goods has been received.
5.6. If the buyer fails to pay within 2 calendar days, the order will be canceled.

6. Delivery of goods.
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against the Seller the delivery of the goods to an unsuitable entity.
6.3. The goods shall be sent to the Buyer within 2 working days from the confirmation of payment.
6.4. In all cases, the Seller shall be released from liability for failure to meet the delivery terms of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer’s fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.5. The Buyer must inform the Seller immediately if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if the shipment has received unsolicited goods or inadequate quantity, incomplete product delivery.
6.6. Buyer must provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged parcel and / or item (s) by email.

7. Quality of goods, warranties.
7.1. All items sold at „KParts” are listed in the item description for each item.
7.2. Quantities displayed in the store do not always relate to the price of the goods – the price of the goods may be more than one. The units of measurement are specified in the trade description. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.
7.3. The Seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for particular types of goods, the specific terms and conditions of which are specified in the trade description.

8. Marketing and Information.
8.1. The seller at „KParts” online store can arrange various promotions and offers.
8.2. The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the shares without notice, as well as to cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the discounts shall be effective from the moment of their amendment or cancellation.
8.3. The Seller shall send notices to the Buyer at the e-mail address specified in the Buyer’s purchase form.
8.4. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the Seller’s online store contacts listed in the „Contacts” section of the store.
8.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the information or confirmation messages sent due to the Internet connection, the disruption of the network of the e-mail service providers, when the messages are entered into the SPAM catalog, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
8.6 The personal data of the Buyer may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in paragraph 2.4 of these Rules.

9. Final provisions.
9.1. These rules of sale and purchase of goods are made in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. These rules are governed by the law of LITHUANIA. Any disagreement arising out of the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of disagreement, the disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
