You can return the goods for any reason (e.g. not suitable, no longer needed) within 14 days. We will refund the full amount paid without shipping costs. All goods are subject to 12 months quality warranty, so in the case of a defective item, we will exchange to a new one or refund the full amount.

Upon receipt of the shipment by KPARTS, a refund will be initiated within 5 working days or the item will be replaced with a new one.
1. Return and exchange of goods.
1.1. Return of goods takes place in accordance with 2001m. June 29th Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on the adoption of rules for the return and replacement of items.
1.2. The purchaser must send the returned goods to the registered shipment. The registered batch number must be submitted to the seller no later than 24 hours. after the goods has been sent.
1.3 The cost of returning quality or replacement goods is reimbursed by the buyer.
1.4. In order to return the item (s), the buyer may do so within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the purchaser, informing the seller of the By mail, adding items and/or downloads to photos or videos describing the problem.
1.5. The returned item must be in original, undamaged packaging, intact, unused, in the same bundle as the purchaser has received, without losing its marketable appearance (label intact, protective liner not torn, etc.). When returning the item, it is necessary to provide a paper (printout) of its acquisition document (order, transfer copy).
1.6 When returning a quality item, the purchaser is refunded only the amount of money paid for the item. Shipping fees are not refunded.
1.7. When returning a non-product, the seller undertakes to replace the item in need. In the absence of the required goods, the purchaser is refunded all the money (for the item and the actual shipping costs incurred).
1.8. When a defective item is returned, the seller undertakes to replace the faulty product with an analogous item or to repay the purchaser for money.
1.9. To return a non-quality item (s), the buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the purchaser by informing the seller in the email adding broken item and/or parcel photo or video describing occurred problem.
1.10. The returned defective product must be in original, undamaged packaging, intact, unused, in the same package as the purchaser has received, without losing its marketable appearance (label intact, protective liner not torn, etc.). When returning the item it is necessary to provide a paper (printed) document for its acquisition.
1.11. The seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the purchaser if the buyer fails to comply with these rules in paragraphs 1.4 to 1.5, 1.9 to 1.10 of the return procedure.
1.12. If buyer used gift coupon to buy the good, that coupon is returned as well as extra money paid for that good (if any).
1.13. If the Buyer returns the item purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the item with a valid discount will be refunded.
2. Final Provisions.
2.1. These Terms of Return are made in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. These rules are governed by the law of LITHUANIA. Any disagreement arising out of the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of disagreement, the disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
